email to SMS Settings. What happened to my whitelist?

AT&T used to provide the ability to block all email to SMS messages from email except by whitelist. I used to be able to configure from this site:

 

https://mymessages.wireless.att.com/login.do

 

This site allowed me to configure my email to SMS settings. I had it configured to block all email to SMS messages except from domains I whitelist. I had it configured so only a couple of domains, like my work, could send me SMS messages from email. This site appears to have been taken down and I am now receiving spam SMS messages that came from an email address.

What happened to this feature? How can I configure this again?

I am getting an exorbitant amount of email to SMS spam and they are horrible messages, I would like this feature a lot also, please.
