Delayed voicemails
I am using an LG Go Phone LG-K371 and voice mail messages are delayed for hours or days. A friend has the same problem but she uses an IPhone. We are both served by AT&T...what can be done?

Hello @mcinathens!
Being able to receive your voicemails in a timely fashion is so important. I know I wouldn’t be happy to have to wait for a notification. Not to worry, I would love to help find a resolution for you!
When it comes to voicemail notifications, there may be a few issues at hand. If the phone does not have a strong enough mobile data connection, it will effect when the notifications come in. However, if you are connected via Wi-Fi Calling, you should receive the voicemails with no issues. To turn this feature on, our Device Support page has all the steps needed. When you reach the page, please select the LG K371 > Tutorials > Calling > Wi-Fi Calling.
If you find you are still experiencing this issue, or aren’t able to toggle Wi-Fi Calling on, our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool can help pinpoint the problem! Once you are on the page, please make sure to select your make/model device > Service/network issues > Voicemail. You can also login for a more personalized troubleshooting experience!

I am unable to hear my voicemails, but can visually see that there are voice messages. When I click to "play all", it makes it "unread", but cannot get into the voice message or see visual message. Please help
