Delayed voicemails IPhone X
Twice in the last 4 weeks there has been a delay in voicemails... over 12 hours. I tried the fix.. 1 Press and release quickly volume up, 2 down, and 3 right button until you see apple logo ... I don’t see apple logo on step 3.

Hello @Lawton2,
Thank you for reaching out to us! We'd love to help. If you are experiencing delayed voicemails, we encourage you to try and reset your network settings first. You can do this by going to: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be sure to save the passwords you have, specifically for the Wi-Fi networks you use.
Another option would be to use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Select your device to begin. On the next page, you can select Voicemail beneath Service/network issues. Follow the instructions and see if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!

For the last week I am not getting voicemails or emails until days later. Yesterday there was no internet service once off home WiFi. In other words no directions to the location I was going to. What is the problem with our service and when will it be corrected?

I had the same issue today. This is very upsetting since it was important information. It could have been an emergency.

I’ve had delayed voice mails twice in the last 2 weeks. I can’t remember the details from last week but today, Saturday, I had 2 voicemails come in that were left Thursday afternoon.

I just received a VM from 4 days ago. They’re coming in anywhere from hours-days later, even if I open up the voicemail tab

I just followed the steps suggested above regarding resetting network setting. This didn't work. I had someone call my phone to check if they reached my vm and if their "test" comes through. NOTHING! Does anyone have any new suggestions?

Same problem- starting a new job next week and missed an extremely important voicemail. I still don't have it, but new boss emailed: "I left you voicemail with your onboarding information." Last week a similar thing happened where a voicemail showed up a day after the person left it, along with several other voicemails all at once. Makes me wonder if there are voicemails I am *never* getting. I'm on hold now going on 25 minutes to report the problem.

Same thing here. A voicemail came through two days after it was left. I feel that I'm being forced to purchase a new phone. Looks like this is pretty common. AT&T needs to come up with a reliable fix or there will be another (Edited per community guidelines) suit filed.

Same here. Some voicemails come within minutes and some take hours. Who knows if I'm missing some altogether.
