data usage

Added $10 data usage to credit card today & was told would be good for a month. Just got pop-up saying data used up & need to make another payment. 2nd time this has happened. What is the problem?!?

10$ gives you only so much data, when you use it up its gone and you need to purchase more. When they say its good for a month it means it wont expire for a month
