Data reset and billing due date
I pay my phone bill on the 17th of every month and that is when everything resets and starts new except my data that doesn't reset until the 28th/29th of every month. Do you know why?

Presuming the 17th is your bill due date, that is not the same as your billing cycle. Look at a bill, it will show you the dates your monthly plan starts and ends. Sounds like yours runs from the 28th of the month to he 27th of the next month.
