Data and mobile hotspot for unlimited plus plan

I read on the AT&T website that starting March 27th, AT&T was adding 10mb of mobile data to capped plans and also adding 10mb of mobile hotspot to the unlimited plus plans. Well on the homepage for the prepaid site, when your logged in and it shows your plan, when you need to renew and all your info, you can check your usage, it still only says I have 10gb of hotspot and the normal 22gb of high speed internet. Do I still get that 10gb of each then or what?

You get the 10GB of additional hotspot. You don’t have a capped plan, you have unlimited. The additional 10GB for capped plans does not apply to you. The 22GB threshold is not a cap, it’s the point were your data might slow down. That doesn’t change.

Okay so then since my hotspot Is 10 GB then it slows to speeds that are unusable, will i still get 10 extra GB for the month, so 20gb total?

That’s my understanding, yes.

Do we know when this will be effective? I just hit my 10GB cap and could really use the extra 10 while working at home.

It’s supposed to be effective now.

You don't.  Elite plan includes 30 gigs per line before throttling till the next bill cycle.
