Customer Service Escalation : Bad Wireless support for voice and data

I am a customer who is reporting the incident to AT&T since May 20 2014 and have already called to the customer service for more than 15 times. They do not see my notes and everytime they expect me to explain my issue to them. I have been through the solution to reset my phone, trouble shoot my phone, back up and restore my phone, change the bandwidth from 4G to LTE, defective SIM card (had to replace the SIM Card twice at the ATT center ). The customer service department does not respect my time. They put me on long wait time. Apparently even if the call is transferred to the manager, the manager after all the hearing, he drops the call. Does not even be courteous to give me a call back.


Tired of the service with the AT&T. I am seriously looking for help. Please help.
