My daughter’s school sent a survey and one the questions-requirements was a reliable internet.

I’m sorry Sweetwater Union, No we have At&t.

my new problem is I called At&t in December before my account hit a year and went up. Discussed new plan in place for Jan. Of course they didn’t apply it and charged me double, rep for 1.5 hours and I agreed to pay normal rate and she was adding 50.00 discount the next day. Guess what the discount was overlooked they shut my intenet off, I paid that day then called again, 50.00

Applied, again went over bill. Today it is at highest and 4 reps agree but pay today or we charge you for disconnect fee. It’s ridiculous I should have to call my

Internet provider every month and walk them thru what my bill should be!
