We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to sign in to your myAT&T account online.

 

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • How long has this been going on?
  • What happens exactly when you try to sign in to your myAT&T account?
  • Are you seeing any error messages/error codes?
  • Also, are you using our desktop website to try and sign in, or are you experiencing this issue while trying to sign in on your myAT&T app?
