Let us help you with your Cisco router IR800 wan modem, @romespos.

We have some steps you can try to get your router up and running.

  • Profile 1+ Active * **
  • Profile 1 is used for AT&T
  • PDP Type+ IPv4
  • PDP address: 10.61.25.231
  • Access Point Name (APN): m2m.com.attz
  • Authentication: None
  • Primary DNS address: 8.8.8.8
  • Secondary DNS address: 8.8.4.4

You can find additional information on setting up your Cisco router IR800 wan modem by visiting the Cisco Guide and scrolling down to AT&T Profile.

Also, we can use some additional information to help us with our next steps if the above tips are unsuccessful.

  • Can you provide us with what type of account you have? Business or wireless? This will help us direct you to the right department for better assistance.
  • Are you using the old SIM from your old router? You may need to replace your SIM card. Sometimes damage to the SIM can interfere with your new device.
  • Are you getting any error codes when trying to set up your router? If so, let us know what error code you are recieving. This will let us know what steps to take next.

We look forward to hearing back from you as we have other steps we can try.
