Cellular data keeps turning off randomly

I have the new 12 pro max which I preorder and put my old chip in and I have been having this issue every couple days or so, my data does not work I am unable to make calls or send text messages or anything, turning the phone completely off and back on seems to work but that’s become a nuisance. What is wrong is there a way I can fix this?

  • What is your zip code? We want to check tower stability in your area.
  • Did your new iPhone 12 Pro Max come with a new SIM? We highly recommend using it or picking up a new SIM.
