Carrier Visibility on ipad

Hello, I’ve called AT&T 3 times today to request the carrier visibility on for my iPad.  No one knew what I was talking about and twice I was disconnected and no one called back.  Please help!!!!!

We want to get you into a DM to help works towards resolving your concerns. Check the message icon in the upper right-hand portion of the page and reply.
