Can't use my data

I am in with the network coverage and has 20G data left, but I can't browse websites using moble data. However I can use the data for some of my chat app. It was working all fine just a month ago.

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you need to perform a restart on your device. Completely power it down for thirty seconds before turning it back on.


If that doesn't refresh the connection, could you let us know if this is a phone or a hotspot? What type of device are you using?
