Can't send or recieve texts

I've been at this THIS time since November 3rd. My photos show what my problem is, I'm sorry I'm so tired of typing it all out its not even funny. Since these were posted the only updates is I have since factory reset my phone with no luck and today I received a new sim card, also with no luck. Somebody please help me...

You need to talk to AT&T tech support. Whatever this is it's at the account level if there are two different phone numbers for the exact same problem and the problem is very bizarre

By the way you didn't say what phone you were using. When you speak to AT&T tech support they're going to ask for an IMEI. Know the IMEI for both phones

There's not 2 phones. There was 2 IMEI numbers which I found out that all phones have to IMEI numbers so that's normal.

All phones do not have two IMEI numbers.  Only dual SIM phones, which have been out for a few years do, but older phones do not.
