Can't send or receive pics
My husband has a note 20 and I have a Samsung galaxy 20. We randomly cannot send or receive picture messages. I have tried everything based on others issues. It seems that this problem has been happening for years. Unfortunately I switched from Verizon so I am stuck. Suggestions?

If you scan the main pages of the wireless Forum you will notice You Are Not Alone. It's an AT&T problem affecting many users. It's been going on for a while, and eventually we'll get fixed. Meanwhile it's a pain in the rear end

I think I have tried everything. The weird part is it works better when my wifi is off. It is usually just between my husband and I. However, it has been that way with a couple family members and they actually have att. I know I did not have this problem with verizon.

Hello @Asleight,
Thank you for replying back.
There's a known issue regarding MMS messaging.
There hasn't been a update on the matter yet.
Check if your Google Play Store in up to date:
Open Google Play Store app>Select three line in the top left>Select My apps & games>Installed>Select Carrier Services app>Update
If the an update isn't needed and doesn't help with MMS messaging hang tight as we work on the resolving this known issue.
