Can't send MMS messages on a note 8.

It says pocket data must be turned on when I try to send a pic and it doesnt let me send or receive messages from 1 person.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to send MMS text messages.

 

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • How long has this been going on?
  • When you say it says pocket data must be turned on when you try to send a picture, what are you referring to exactly?
  • Do you have your cell phone's mobile data turned on?
  • Is your cell phone's software up to date?
  • Have you made sure to turn on Advanced Messaging in your cell phone's messaging settings?
  • Also, does this one person that you're experiencing difficulties with sending/receiving MMS text messages to/from also have this same issue with any of their other contacts?
