Cannot send text message to mms.att.net, only txt.att.net

We use a messenger application that allows for users to self-subscribe by sending a text to an email address. When the application picks up the registration email, it uses the person's @mms.att.net address. When we attempt to send a message to their @mms.att.net address, we get the "The email sent failed." message from no-reply@ address.

In order to correct this right now, we have to manually go into the database and change everyone's @mms.att.net address to txt.att.net. Since this is a dynamic service for our events, this is an unmanageable solution. All messages are sent from one email address, is there a way to get that email address whitelisted so our messages will get through?

It is never the intention of the staff to block legitimate mail, @mwestling.

Sometimes messages are blocked though as a result of antispam and antivirus measures. If we have blocked your server please reach out to our block user list group to find out how to unblock it.

When you launch the link go down to FAQ, and expand +How do I unblock email messages? to get started. Please let us know if we can provide additional support. Thank you!
