Cannot send or receive pictures in Messages MMS
I recently stopped being able to send or receive MMS pictures in messages app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. This started within the last 7 days. I have tried everything, power resets, force stopping, turning on Wi-Fi calling, but to no avail.

Amber,
Thanks for the reply. I am using the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. I don't have a slider button to enable or disable MMS, there is a sub menu with Group Conversation (On), Auto Retrieve (On), Auto Retrieve while roaming (Off), and restrictions (Free).
This did not seem to resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Dave

Hey @Tinyfxds,
If you are having this issue using a Samsung device, Samsung has identified the issue and will be sending an update to affected devices in the next 24hrs. Please update your device when prompted, to resolve the issue. Samsung is also aware that this is causing issues sending group messages. I personally had this same issue and received a notification that a new update was available. I proceeded to update my Samsung device and the issue seemed to be resolved.
If you are an iPhone user, please disable iMessage as this can sometimes cause interference between Android and IOS messaging software.
We thank you for your time and patience.
Thank you for being a part of our AT&T family

I'm having the same issue on my Note 20 ultra. The software updated Sunday night and ever since Monday morning I have been unable to send or receive group messages or MMS through either the Android messaging app or the Samsung messaging app. I can still send pictures through other apps such as Google Hangouts and Facebook messenger without issue

Update this morning fixed the issue, but this is becoming a common occurrence with the updates.

I am having issues sending mms/pictures via Samsung S10 and it started yesterday. I can receive the messages, but can't send pictures. I have restarted the phone, checked the cache and cleared it, ensured all settings were correct based on the forums and yet....nothing. Is there an issue with the network?

I have a cell phone trail cam (cuddeback). I have not gotten any text message pictures from them since the 27th. I reached out to their support and they say the problem is not on their end..... is there anything on at&t that would stop these mms messages from comming through?

LOL - Ehhhhhhh!! The experts forgot the most simple first step: Do you still have data? No data, no MMS.
