Cannot enable short code text messaging

Zelle was able to send messages until about 2 weeks ago. Zelle went through process and they show they have done everything to enable their short code. Other companies are able to get through. Got message from Walgreens this morning. What can I do to enable Zelle short code on my text messaging?

We'd be happy to help look into your short code messaging concerns.

 

To point us in the right direction:

  • Have you checked to make sure that these alerts are set up properly within the Zelle or banking app that you're trying to receive the messages from?
  • Did you complete a software update around the time that these messages stopped working?
  • What make and model device are you currently using?

Try sending "HELP" to that short code and it should provide a return message with instructions on how to opt back in.
