Cancelling service
I need to cancel my cell service early. My contract is up in Feb., but due to pandemic, I no longer have the funds to keep this service.

You cancel either by calling or by porting your number to a different carrier. You likely aren’t on a contract but if you are, there will be an early termination fee. If you aren’t on a contract but are paying for a phone, you will be billed the remainder owed on the phone.
