Can my parents read my iMessages?

I changed my password to my Apple ID just in case they logged into it using a spying app. My settings say that my phone is the only one logged into my ID and my phone number is the only one receiving messages. I was just wondering if there’s any way they could look at the contents of my iMessages?

No, not if they are not able to login to your Apple ID. The only way would be to physically look at your phone.
