Can a data plan be transferred to different phone number?
I am planning to upgrade to a smartphone and was just aware of the price spikes. My aunt has a 2 gb plan but hardly uses it would it be possible for me to get her plan and her get a 300 mb plan?

no, plans are not transferable from the number the feature is assigned to
