Callers are unable to leave voicemail message

Just recently, callers are no longer able to leave a voicemail message. It has worked without issue before last couple of days. Visual voicemail is set up on my phone and I can check to see if there are any messages, but when I call my phone from a different device, I am unable to leave a message.  Any ideas?

We'll need some additional information in order to assist you. For starters, let us know the make/model of your device, and whether or not it's updated with the latest software. You mentioned that you called your phone from a different device; what message did you hear when you called? This can help us determine what's going on.

Thank for following up Collin. The issue has been resolved. It appears that when my wife replaced her phone (common account), she also modified her plan. In so doing, the customer service rep. unknowingly turned off the voicemail to my phone. ATT was able to restore my voicemail shortly after this was discovered.
