Call protect plus not working

Call protect plus is not working on my phone even though I am being charged for it.

  • have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application

Device is an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy).

Been happening for about a week. Continuous error message service is not available, check connection (connection ok).

Uninstall is not an option listed for the app, just disable.

last updated 21May 2020.

Troubleshooter no help.
