Blocking Numbers on Smart Limits

I am wondering when I block a number for one of my users on my account via Smart Limits - will the user get any notification that the number has been blocked? Or will I be the only one of this notice?

Hi @chrysanthe25!

 

I can definitely help you out with that! What a great question!

 

No need to worry! When blocking a number for another user on your account through Smart Limits, you will be the only one with knowledge of that blocked number.

 

When the blocked phone number attempts to call the phone, it will be directed straight to voicemail.

 

Blocked Numbers does not block picture or video messaging, or third-party messaging services (such as iMessages and WhatsApp).
