Block the 1-410-100 messages

I am getting text messages from 1-410-100 and I can't block them because the last digit of the number is different. They are from an att phone to an att phone  from att. From you. How can I stop this. I forwarded them to your spam number 7726. If I have to change phone numbers I will but it won't be thru att.

At this point I'm inclined towards the belief that this is AT&T's machiavellian way of upselling their premium call protect services because mine started coming down the same day I had my bill adjusted down to where it was when I began service with them. Over the course of a year, it crept up slowly to almost $25 more than the amount I was supposedly locked in for at the start.

Okay this "solution" is absolutely useless since the phone number is 9 digits not 10 and every new message is changed to the next number. I've called AT&T twice & it was no hope. I did see that it looks like it's related to the ATT.net email (which is a mess that I can't even access) & AT&T was not able even understand their own site so I could get into it. The reason I think it's related is that I had to update my credit card info & it said about merging email and the account. Soon after I got over 3,000 texts! One gave a clue which said it came through "phone#@txt.att.net".  The only thing at&t said was to contact my company (it's  company phone) to see what they can do.

Hey all, I think I posted here some time ago. I'm not sure what triggered it but I started getting these messages at the end of November last year. I was getting an average of 30 per day, but almost exclusively during the week and not on weekends -- which makes me think there's some a**hole out there doing this manually, not just a robo-app. AT&T was unwilling or unable to help me and none of the spam filter apps that I installed -- including AT&T's premium paid one -- worked. It was a nightmare and I was almost to the point of changing my phone number. However, after a little over 3 months the messages dwindled down over about a week and then finally stopped. I think they cycled through all the number combinations. I haven't had one of these spam texts in a few months now and I hope to god they never come back.

Hope this helps a little.

These are NOT spam messages in my case. One of our systems monitoring processed sends out texts when a job goes down and we need to take care of it. I want to be able to filter these messages, but since the last 3 digits constantly change, I can't do anything with it.

I own an iphone SE and was getting messages every week day from 7am to around 8pm but for some reason not on weekends..

Well I think I solved the problem. The messages came from 1(410)100-### and from 1(410)200-### showing FRM:Sonic  Lock N Tow LLC.

1. Go to your contact list

2. ADD contact for, first name put FRM:Sonic (exactly as it shows in the message).

3. enter the numbers -I entered 1(410)100 this showed as (HOME #) I then added the second number 1(410)200 this became the(CELL #)

4. Save it, scroll down to "BLOCK THIS NUMBER" and click it to block. Done... You must type everything just as it is in the messages you are

receiving..
