AT&T NumberSync stopped working on my Galaxy Watch 4

I've been using my Galaxy Watch 4 with NumberSync enabled from my primary phone.  It was working well until 2 days back, now I'm trying to make it work, but it keeps throwing an error.  Logged into my AT&T account and confirmed my watch is not listed under Synced wearables.  When I tried to reconfigure the NumberSync, it prompts for the code from my watch, and my watch AT&T NumberSync app throws an error with code PD-SD-N/A.  No luck with support chats/calls.  Anyone have similar issues recently?  I did get a text confirmation saying that my NumberSync stopped working 2 days back, and that's when I realized it doesn't work.  So, when AT&T have these services traced in the backend, it'd be good at least if they also stop charging us for the watch line for the time when NumberSync doesn't work.

@tracy8583 Do you have a watch 4 or watch 4 classic? My wife's watch 4 worked this morning but my watch 4 classic is still no joy.

@Lukeaj try restarting your watch.  Which I did couple of times on my watch 4 classic, then it started working showing the code.  It's a matter of few hrs., you're almost there :).

@earldav Thanks for the tip, unfortunately it didn't work for me. My wife's watch 4 that started working this morning only has the nxtgenphone in it.

@Lukeaj I have a watch 4 paired with a galaxy s20 ultra.

Hopefully this is a sign that the classic will be fixed today too. Good luck!

Problem solved! I just bought a watch and been having the same problems as everyone else here for the last 24 hours trying to make it work.  Based on advice I got from a very Tech savvy friend, I turned off the AT&T call blocking app and did a "force stop" . Immediately after that  I tried the AT&T number sync.I got the code and my watch and my phone are working perfectly together right now.

 My phone is a Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra. The watch is the new gear 4.

same thing has happened to me.  So frustrated.  I have been trying to re-sync.  Over and over again I get same error code you listed above.  Worked fine before this issue a few days ago.

same is happening to me.  Ugh!  When will there be a solution?  Phone/watch worked fine prior to a few days ago.  Now getting same error over and over.

@Kroller Yep, I am 50/50. My wife's watch 4 started working yesterday and my watch 4 classic still doesn't work after many resets, reloading the software, trying different suggestions here. Taking them both back to store Tuesday to get my money back and cancel the lines of service. I got "escalated" and still have heard nothing... thanks @ATTHelp
