ATT Messages

I have been trying to access ATT Messages all day. Yet everytime i go to the site an error message appears and says "oops we hit a snag. Please try again"

 

Is the site down? What is the issue?

Was using Firefox when I had the problem. Tried Internet Explorer and the site worked.

I am having this issue (see image) with one browser on one machine. Other browsers on the same machine are fine. This same browser on other machines are fine. Start Over does nothing.

 

How do I reset the saved items for this browser so that AT&T Messages will start from scratch and re-set up this browser?
