Att changed my tablet plan without consent!

I have the unlimited elite plan with HBO max and 40gb of hotspot per device. I have 2 phones and a tablet. I have had this plan a long time. Now this month, my tablet was given it's own plan with only has 15gb hotspot. Without consent and without notice of change..... How is that legal, and can I get it back?

I’ve been on this forum a long time and I’ve never seen a similar complaint. Whatever happened, it is not something normal. For one thing, it shouldn’t even be possible for a tablet to be on a different plan by itself than your other devices, so are you sure your entire plan wasn’t changed for all 3 devices? Does anyone else in your household have access to your account? In any event, as noted above you need to call. Whether or not you can get the elite plan restored likely depends on exactly what happened and how. Don’t hesitate to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint if calling dos not get results.
