ATT - Add an option to change group text limit of 10 recipients!!!!!
This is really frustrating. Customers are complaining and you are not making changes.
Our group has more than 10 participants.
Every time someone replies/receives from ATT, the whole conversation is fragmented and everyone's message is messed up.
We know why you are doing it and its because its to prevent spam. We understand that.
But this is making it impossible to use!
Not everyone wants to install 3rd party messaging apps like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Viber, etc.
So our group is stuck with this stupid fragmented conversation, leaving us all confused.
Everyone is misinformed of our events and notfications.
ATT - DO SOMETHING!!! How about making an option to increase. Let the user decide.
Quit posting and replying why you are doing it. We already know!
It doesn't help the situation.
