Advanced Messaging not working since November!!!

I have not been able to use advanced messaging since November. This also inlcudes reciving images or even emoji’s! there should have been a fix for this before now and a message was sent to me in the forums from AT&T but since they updated the forum messages are no longer able to be found. please fix this!!!!!!
