Advanced Messaging not working on new Galaxy S20 Ultra

I just upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S20 Ultra (from the Galaxy S9+). I no longer have the Advanced Messaging features, even though I have that setting turned on. I have tried turning it off and back on, restarting the phone, etc. Several of my contacts have Samsung, and it was previously working before the upgrade. Including my husband, who has a Samsung Note, and the 'Delivered' and read receipts are no longer working.

Please help!
