I can no longer see delivered or read reports on my texts. I have restarted my phone and it still won't work.

When did Advanced Messaging stop working? Are you still able to sent texts without any issues? Have you recently updated your device software? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.
In the meantime, you can try this: Open your Messaging app and from the inbox tap the More icon in the upper left corner. Select Settings, then Advanced Messaging and ensure Use Advanced Messaging, & Send read receipt is checked.
