Added a line

Hi I added a line to my account and now that line has cell service but no internet access. Adding this line took over two months. I was sent the wrong sim and then the right sim for the wrong number. Please I just want everything on my account to work.

Allow us to lend a helping hand. Are you receiving any error messages? What happens when you attempt to access the internet? What kind of phone do you have? 


Try walking through some troubleshooting steps in our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. Just select your device and the issue that you're experiencing. Thank you.
