Accessing on line account

I have changed emails and deleted the one you have on file and I need to set up a new online account and it will not give me the option

Hello Mapa1969, we're here to help update the contact email for your user ID.

 

We understand the impact of keeping our contact information up to date. Learn how to update your email address.

  1. Go to Profile and then Contact info.
  2. Select the Email tab.
  3. In the User ID (formerly AT&T Access ID) email section, select Edit.
  4. Enter the email and select Save.

Update your billing contact email separately

  • The email address for your user ID works differently from your billing contact email. Receipts for online payments go to your user ID email. All other billing info, including paperless bills and receipts for payments not made online, goes to your billing contact email. 
  • Learn how to update the billing contact info for each of your AT&T accounts.
