This is a customer populated forum not AT&T the time to take care of it was to contact law enforcement at the time of the incident.

Then write yourself back. This is a public forum of other customers. You want official support then you call AT&T instead of making veild threats ("not great for you", "i'd write me back really soon") as if you have some governing power over them.
But if you are actually getting harassed, threatened, or such then you contact law enforcement. Otherwise you simply come off as "look at me, I have powerful video, give me compensation as I blackmail you to keep video quiet".
