Why Can't I Send A Forum Member A Message ?
I've chosen to follow a user here in the forum's that's an at&t employee, but when I attempt to send a message I receive an error prompt (in red character's) that states something like 'passed some kind of limit reached'. I really don't understand what that error means, can someone please explain it to me?

Only Moderators, ATTHelp and ACEs can start DM conversations.

I guess every message board has their own set of rules..etc, but at least for me being able to send an 'actual' at&t employee that's a member here in these forum's would be a positive feature.

While you cannot DM anyone, you can tag ATTHelp (or any other member) using the "@" symbol but there is no guarantee that they will respond.

skeeterintexas,
Thanks so much for your reply, by the way I can relate to part of your username, my wife & I used live in a city located close to dallas (Waxahachie).
