Topic problem

I have had the same problem twice now.  That's why I did a search of this "topic".  I put in the subject, description, then the category from a drop down, and next is topic.  There is no drop down, and it just says "no results found!".  How in the world do I post???

What category were you trying to open a topic in?

How do I enter a topic? I can't post my issue without a topic but there isn't an option

Click on ask a question. I just tried, you have to fill in everything in order with a red * . Since this topic is a year old I'm closing it to further posting.
