T stock holder acquisition request

I would like ATT to look into Buying LUMEN technologies and Frontier Communications...and possibly a startup Cyber Security company like LightSpin...please do this to increase revenue and save your stock prices and investors interest. I realize this is not the correct area, but there is not a good email address to post this on. I represent a lot of shareholders on this request.

Lumen is CenturyLink which purchased One of the baby bells, USWest (Qwest) with operations in 36 states. They also purchased some rural areas from ATT baby bells in the 1990s such as Ameritech.

Frontier has expanded by buying other telco areas including buying SNET (Connecticut) from ATT in 2015 and GTE assists in California, Florida and Texas from Verizon around 2018.

Frontier Communications is set to begin a new chapter in its home state as it has completed its $2 billion acquisition of AT&T's (NYSE: T) wireline ...

Verizon (NYSE: VZ) has made it official today that it is selling off wireline assets in three states to Frontier Communications for $10.5 billion.

I do not see the US government approving ATT (SBC) purchase of either.

ATT in my opinion may be better served by considering outside the US such as Vodaphone who provided funding to Verizon to enter the wireless market receiving about 40% (from memory) of Verizon Wireless while latter receiving significant cash and 20% of Verizon corporate.

Vodafone Group Plc is a British multinational telecommunications company. Its registered office and global headquarters are in Newbury, Berkshire, England. It predominantly operates services in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Oceania.Wikipedia

On 21 September 1999, Vodafone agreed to merge its US wireless assets with those of Bell Atlantic Corp to form Verizon Wireless.[27] The merger was completed on 4 April 2000, just a few months prior to Bell Atlantic'smerger with GTE to form Verizon Communications, Inc.[28]
