My Vehicle Sustained Several Hundred in Damages….

And I was told by a city clerk in the claims department that that specific area was and is used by AT&T and that I would need to contact AT&T directly.  How do I open up a claim for damages to my vehicle?

Contact YOUR insurance company.  They will handle it.

They use an area, in what capacity? Do they just drive by an area and side swiped your car? Did a pole fall on your car? Your message is a bit vague. Yeah you're looking for who to contact and yeah we are going to ask what happened naturally, and also if it would be something AT&T may be responsible for.

All I asked for was for a way to contact someone at AT&T.  Details about my incident aren’t necessary for someone to conclude whether or not AT&T is responsible or not.  Thanks!

well then why post in a public forum of other customers?  as skeeterintexas stated contact your insurance company and let them deal with it.
