my disciplinary files

Hello,

I'm not getting a clear answer from those I ask; my union or other employees of AT&T, on getting my disciplinary files.  I don't have a local Human Resources Department for AT&T around me so I was wondering if you would by chance have a phone number or email of someone I can contact to get my performance write-ups?
