Incorrect Billing Rates
I recently made changes to my services and was quoted one price on the phone but when I received the change order email the rate was for $40 more. I have called multiple times asking for written confirmation that the rate quoted over the phone is correct but they just say that they have no way to send an email confirmation. They assure me over the phone the rate is correct but I am worried that once I get my bills that it will be for the extra $40. I have had this happen in the past as well where I was quoted one rate on the phone but later they said that it was a mistake and charged me more.
