Green Box in Back yard needs to be removed

Hi, I have a green box that has ATT on there, it also mentions underground cables of some sort, but I would like to know if I can remove that or at least relocate that? I'm planning on doing some

work in my back yard and that is in the way.

Normally, those are only installed on utility easements.

Check with your city/county taxing authority to verify if it is OUTSIDE those easements. If it is within the easement, it will not be moved.

AT&T installed a new, larger 5G box in my yard without removing the old one and now I must walk on neighbor's property to get through to my back yard.  It's old and rusty and needs to be removed. TOO MANY UTILITY BOXES that at NOT in the easement.

Your local county or city government control the placement and size of easements, any utility, I doubt very much they are outside the easement, but you can check with the proper government authority to find out.
