Cellular Coverage

I live on Greenbriar Circle, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 my issue is I try to stream the news on my phone while I go out for my walks my cellular coverage keeps dropping in and out I would like AT&T to improve the coverage in my area  We also have no 5G coverage in the area we have about 5000 homes in my community.  who do I get in contact with to ask for better coverage?
