cable equipment abandoned

There is an empty steel cable spool that has been left abandoned by AT&T at the end of our street for months. It is an eyesore and needs to be removed. Essentially, a project was done and the crew left their "trash" - this spool - behind. We have tried to contact AT&T and everyone just wants our account information and to send a technician out. This is not needed. Our personal equipment is fine. We are not out of service. We don't need a technician and they will not be able to get this spool without large equipment. The spool is located at FM66 and Yukon Blvd. in Ennis County near the town of Waxahachie, TX. Please advise if someone will come and retrieve this spool and when it will be picked up.

Try the buried wire center  Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET. Was most likely left by contractors.
