ATT green Wire box on my rear yard

Can someone direct me as who to call regarding an ATT green junction box on my property?  It is well over the allotted easement allowance.  I am having a pool installed and this will need to be removed or its going to get damaged.

We've been getting some conflicting information lately on how to go about this. For some time, the procedure involved contacting Risk Management- Sedgwick Claim Center at 855.365.4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST. Lately, ATTHelp has announced an internal process to deal with easement requests; the jury's still out on how well this is working. You may also post your question the Business Community forums.
