ATT Annual Enrollment 2023 for retiree spouse not medicare eligible

Can anyone tell me if there are some general problems with the process for annual enrollment of a ATT retiree's spouse?  Or if I am perhaps on the wrong site? Specifically I have a couple of examples:  (Also I have tried calling a couple of times but support staff I have contacted has been well-meaning but unhelpful.)  I am accessing the ATT Benefits site thru link on the former employee access (https://www.e-access.att.com/hr-access/hraccess_web/former).

1) I have a message that thanks me for enrolling for my spouse but I have not enrolled yet.

2) I also have a message telling me to enroll for my spouse.

3) The cost for the option we had last year BCBS HMO has gone up 66%!

4) Costs for other options do not seem to be available on the site - clicking to link to see the costs takes me to a video on the general process of enrollment.

5) I cannot find a doctor search for the non-medicare options.  Again, I always get directed to the Alight Medicare option site or to the BCBS site.

There is an AT&T Facebook site that has a lot of discussion on the issue, that's the place to do it. Correction on that it's an AT&T Retiree site.

It's in the material you've received. All the dates and times are listed in the back of the booklet that states on the front: Attend a Meeting to Learn........The last two pages have the schedule.

Unfortunately, the choice for your medical coverage is really only one with the least cost to join. I had a difficult time navigating the system. I found this phone number which will answer your questions 1 (855) 634-0222. It will explain the 3 insurance plan choices available to you and also help to see if your doctor is in network.

I'm just joining this forum and appreciate any help I can get : )  I'm a retiree and my husband is an eligible dependent.  I currently have AARP United Health and he has Aetna.  I'm trying to get thru this "enrollment" info.  Basically, we need to join the AT&T plan or pay for any other, correct?

Thanks anybody : )

That's correct. The choices and the HRA end at years end. I suggest you get on one of the presentations.

Thankyou.  We are old . . . seriously : /   And are having a little more difficulty wading thru everything "online".  Can you tell me where these presentations are listed?

From what I understand, AT&T is offering a new PPO plan for Medicare retirees and their spouses. It will not require the employees to pay to enroll in the plan but will require their spouses to pay a minimal a monthly amount. To see a specialist you will not need a referral from your primary care physician, but you will be required a $30 co-pay to visit them.

I don't think an open public forum is the place to post or discuss plan details. That's just my opinion.
