If HBO is included why am I charged $14.99?

I received an email that said HBO max was included in my tv package, but it shows I will be charged 14.99 in October!, (Edited per community guidelines)?

We can definitely help you get HBO Max, @Askaly

You'll want to Sign in through your TV, or mobile provider so you won't be charged $14.99 in October.

Sign in differs slightly depending on what type of device you're using  - computers, smart TVs, or phone & tablets.

Here's how to sign in on your phone or tablet:

  1. Download and Open the HBO Max app
  2. Tap either the Profile icon, or try to play a movie
  3. Tap the Sign in link
  4. Tap Sign in Through TV or Mobile Provider
    • iPhone or iPad users will need to tap Allow when asked if HBO Max can use your TV provider subscription found in iOS Settings
  5. Tap AT&T or DIRECTV from the provider list
  6. Sign in with your AT&T ID and password, confirm your name & email then choose Create Account

Give it a try and enjoy the best of HBO! Let us know when you're in. We're standing by!
