Hbo max not working

We have HBO max through Att, it acts like it losing  in and the  goes to who is watching  and the screen is blank, any suggestions??? We have uninstalled multiple  times, restarted our router and modem. And reset our roku stick (9.4)

We would be more than happy to help look into your HBO Max issue. 

 

To help get started we will need to know the following information:

 

  • How are you accessing your HBO Max account. Are you only using your Roku or using one of the following Examples: Play station 4, computer/laptop, tablet, phone etc.
  • If you are accessing your account from an internet browser, which browser are you using.
  • Have you tried logging in on a separate device.
  • Are you seeing any errors.
  • Have you tried to troubleshoot your HBO Max from our HBO Max Center online.
  • Have you made any recent changes to your account.
  • Is your modem and router from AT&T, or a different provider.
