Transfer/Cancel Digital Life

I am currently in the process of moving to a new house and we will not be taking digital life with us. If the new owner wishes to keep the security system is there a way to transfer it to them or do we just need to cancel our account?

Hello. Yes, you would just need to contact us and let us know that the buyer of your home would like to transfer the service to them and provide us their name so that when they call in, it is referenced on the account.
